"He cheated with three girls so here’s his anniversary gift (he doesn’t know I know yet)," the woman wrote on her order request to the jeweller
TikTok has proven that there are many 'unique' ways to get back at your cheating exes but some people set the bar a little higher each month. This time around, Liv Portillio, owner of DBL jewellery, revealed how one of her customers got back at her 'cheating' boyfriend and users are calling it the best one yet.
The jeweller explained that a woman had requested for a custom-made necklace which was 'different from the rest'. The necklace was enraved with the names of the women her boyfriend had cheated on her with as an anniversary gift. The woman apparently explained, "My boyfriend cheated and I'm sending him a necklace with ALL the girls' names on them." The names included "Ashley," "Genesis" and "Karen". In the video which garnered over 3.6 million views, the business owner explained that the woman wanted to engrave the necklace with the three names, and then the couple’s anniversary date, 21 June 2015.
She then showed the woman's order request which reads, "He cheated with three girls so here’s his anniversary gift (he doesn’t know I know yet)." Liv filmed the process of how she made the piece of jewellery and the final result, before revealing that the woman was going to give the gift to her boyfriend "in front of his family so that he can read it out loud," reported Mirror.
The jeweller concluded the video by saying, "I can’t wait to see his reaction." The video has been liked more than 830,000 times and received 4,400 comments from people who applauded the woman for her idea. They were now curious to know what happened after.
"IF SHE DOESNT RECORD IT," one user wrote, while another said, "LMAOO pls, girls are pettttyyyyy I love it." A third joked, "I would go to JAIL if my bf of 6-7 years cheated on me with a damn Karen." Another commented, "The amount of willpower it takes to hold that information in until the necklace arrives," reported Mirror.
