It has been over a decade since the golden star of Charlie's Angels, Farrah Fawcett, passed away at the age of 62 due to anal cancer in June 2009. Ryan O'Neal, 81, the love of her life, wasn't the same after he cradled Fawcett for hours on her deathbed.

O'Neal had proposed marriage a few weeks before she died. PEOPLE magazine reported that Fawcett and O'Neal met in 1979, while she was still married to Six Million Dollar Man star Lee Majors. They divorced in 1982. Fawcett and O'Neal, who share a son named Redmond O'Neal, 37, never got married and split in 1997. However, after O'Neal was diagnosed with leukemia, they reunited in 2001.
