“I’m looking to see how much fun I can have before my wedding next year," the woman explained in her bio
Times may have changed but a majority of people still have very strong opinions about infidelity and lies. This is perhaps why this woman received immense backlash online after people read her Tinder bio.
The woman, who is apparently both pregnant and engaged, explains in her bio that she joined the dating app to have some fun before settling down. Apart from this, she makes some really bizarre statements, one of which is, "I’m also intrigued to see if you could attempt to steal me from my fiancé." This one statement led many to speculate if it was a troll's work.
The 'problematic bio' opens with her explaining that she is pregnant but that doesn't stop her. She wrote, “First things first; I am pregnant at the moment but I don’t let that stop me from having fun." She then brings up her fiance and says, "Second thing; I’m engaged to a wonderful man who doesn’t know I’m on here (getting married March of 2022)." She then ensured that it is clear as to why she is on the app, “I’m looking to see how much fun I can have before my wedding next year," she wrote. Just when you think it can't get any worse, she says, "I’m also intrigued to see if you could attempt to steal me from my fiancé.”
A fellow Tinder user decided to screenshot her page and share it on Reddit’s “Trashy” forum, where the woman was slammed. People not only found it problematic but they also sympathized with her fiance who was "unfortunately having a child with the horrendous woman". “What an absolute piece of cr*p. Hope he dumps her and takes the kid from her," a user said, while another wrote, “I feel bad for the guy. These kind of things really suck.” A third just summed up what everyone felt and said, “This is just sad.”
However, some theorized that it was a troll's work, “This seems pretty obviously written by someone else? Especially what it says at the end. This reads like someone really doesn’t like this woman, so decided to take her pics and do this,”one said, while another added, “Definitely possible. Pretty easy to take a pic off a Facebook page and make them look like a piece of s***." reported the Daily Star.
