Luke Bryan Proves He's A True Ultimate Gentleman By Changing A Tire For Mom Stranded With Little Kids

Courtney Potts and her two young kids were stuck on the side of the road when Bryan happened to be driving by.

How often do you find yourself stranded with a flat tire, only to have a Country music superstar drop by and get down on their hands and knees to help change your tire? Well, that's what happened to one mom from Tennessee. Courtney Potts and her two young kids were stuck on the side of the road on a hazardous curve near her home in Columbia. Potts' driver's side front tire blew, and she had to limp the car to the shoulder. While waiting there, a man in a gray truck pulled over. That man turned out to be Luke Bryan!

The 45-year-old singer helped Potts change her car's flat tire on the side of the road over the weekend. "When my tire blew in small-town Tennessee, who stopped to help? Luke Bryan! He deserved all the praise!" she wrote in the video, which went viral on social media and has gained over 3 million views since. Potts shared in the comments section that it was a "once in a lifetime" moment, telling her followers that Bryan "was just trying to take his boys hunting yet he was worried about us!" Bryan reportedly owns a hunting property nearby. "I got out and did a double take and as soon as I heard his voice," Potts recalled to Taste of Country. "I didn't even have time to be in shock because he's like, 'Look, we really need to get you out of this road because I almost hit you.'" The Georgia-born singer told her to follow him up the road to a safer area and even helped her look for her spare tire. Potts told the outlet that when her tire jack proved not up for the task, Bryan went to his truck and got his own. The whole ordeal took about half an hour and Potts was sure glad to have Bryan come in to help her out. He even took time to pose for a picture with her and her daughter! "He’s just a humble guy," she added. "I told my mom he went into dad mode almost. All these women commenting on his butt on my TikTok (laughs), and it was more of a dad moment. He was seriously worried about me and fixing the tire on this car!"

Potts shared the sweet interaction with the crooner on Instagram, writing, "My life is made." Former American Idol contestant Trevor Holmes also commented under the post vouching for Bryan's good-heartedness. "He was one of my judges on American Idol. He treated us all so well, cameras on or off. A genuine good guy," he wrote. Other fans were quick to praise the star as well with one fan writing: Such a southern gentleman! Another added: He is just one of a kind for sure I had the pleasure to open a show for him a while back. A third chimed in: This is why he is a legend even with all that fame and money and he still is a great person absolutely love it man.
