Wedding planners will do everything they can to ensure that the event is perfect but this man's dedication might have just set the bar a little too high. A viral Facebook video recorded in the Philippines, caught a male wedding planner carefully shuffling down on hands and knees under the bride's dress, trying to hold it down.
The video, which has over a million views, shows the bride struggling to walk in her voluminous gown and it's clearly very windy. Leaves are strewn all over the red carpets and the audio is muffled by the strong gusts. She looks a bit uncomfortable as she drags her skirt around. She is joined by her husband and as he walks with her to the stage, in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment, a man suddenly pops out from underneath her billowing gown and casually walks away. It is evident that they tried their best to keep things as stealthy as possible, which they did till it was caught on a guests' camera. The man was their wedding planner who had resorted to crawling under the dress to stop it from being blown about by the winds, reported Daily Star.
The video was posted by none another than the man in the video himself, Lunesa Roel, who uploaded the clip on Facebook and joked in the caption, "I'm just really happy to be under the bride's gown while she's shining in the aisle." He added, "With the force of the wind, I just went downstairs so that the bride could shine." While people did find it hilarious, they were impressed by the man's dedication. "Flexibility at its finest," one wrote, while another commented, "Good Job Sir!". Users unanimously coined the term "human petticoat" for him. Some found the reactions to his 'exit' a lot more hilarious, "notice the grey t-shirt man and the bridesmaids, did someone forget to tell them? The child looks like she is having a crisis of sorts looking at his exit. This is priceless."
