Bob Saget's very intriguing love story with his wife Kelly Rizzo started in 2015 when they connected on Instagram. They soon started hanging out together and got married on 30 October 2018. Unfortunately, the sad demise of Saget changed everything for Rizzo in 2022. Rizzo opened up about missing her late husband and paid a sweet tribute to him in an Instagram post. This is Kelly Rizzo's first Christmas since Bob Saget passed away. She shared pictures of them together and recalled memories of their last holiday season together.

Rizzo shared pictures in which they can be seen holding hands and smiling at the camera. "Cherish every single moment," wrote Kelly Rizzo. "I certainly didn't think that our first Christmas together (in the same city) last year would be our last. (It was the first year he came to Chicago to spend Christmas with my family along with my wonderful stepdaughter Lara)." She also spoke about how her niece got attached to Bob during the visit. "I’m so glad we had that special time together. He got to spend time with my niece Alex, who was only 2 and got to meet my niece Brooklyn who was only 2 weeks old. Alex still remembers “Uncle Bob” and talks about him every single day. He certainly left a lasting impression that I’m so grateful for. But Bob did that with everyone he met," Rizzo added.

Rizzo explained that she is grateful for Bob Saget's presence in her life, she wrote "As I’ve said before, I’m just so grateful that I got to have that incredible man in my life and that I got to be in his for 6 years." In the end, she thanked everyone for the love and support and wrote " I can only hope to show you how thankful I am and give it back a bit over time."
